The mandate ended on 31st August, 2023, as is recorded in a Minutes of sitting held on 21st February, 2023. The present application was filed on 29th August, 2023. Since the present application was filed during the subsistence of the mandate and the respondent does not object to further extension and the fact that the parties are already at the stage of arguments, AP/622/2023 is

accordingly disposed of by extending the mandate for four months from 31st August, 2023.
