The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the plaintiffs, that they wish to withdraw this suit and file afresh on the self-same cause. The matter had been heard on a previous occasion. During the course of presentation of the plaint it transpired that there was overwriting in the records and after the plaint had been filed. In view of the aforesaid, liberty is granted to the plaintiff to withdraw the suit and file afresh on the self-same cause. CS 201 of 2022 stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the prayer for return the Court Fees is fairly withdrawn by the plaintiffs.
