The Court:

I have considered the present application and heard learned counsel for the appearing parties.

This court has also very carefully gone through the orders dated 26th April 2019 (page 97 of the application) and 17th July 2023 (pages 175-176 of the application) of the Supreme Court.

This court is informed that Mr. Pallav Banerjee, Advocate, one of the Joint Administrators, has since expired.

A prayer is made for appointing an administrator in his place and stead. This court takes note of the death of Mr. Pallav Banerjee and appoints Mr. Rabi Prasad Mookerjee, Advocate and member of the Bar Library Club, as a Joint Administrator in his place and stead on the same terms and conditions as in the order dated 18th January, 2019.

The Joint Administrators are directed to carry out their duties and responsibilities under the said order with utmost diligence and expedition. This application ( ACO 7 of 2023) is disposed of. (I.
