The Court:-The petitioners seek consideration of the legal representation dated 19th July, 2022 received by the office of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation on 25th July, 2022.

Without entering into merit of the grievance put forth by the petitioners in the legal representation, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Assessor Collector (South) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to consider the representation filed on behalf of the petitioners in accordance with law, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the parties immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 19th July, 2022 along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. The aforesaid exercise shall be concluded at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. Writ petition stands disposed of.
