For the petitioner The Court : This is an application for extension of time to file the inventory in terms of a grant issued on 10th February, 2025 pursuant to an order dated 10th May, 2024.

The six months period have expired from the date of issuance of the grant. Although, the ground shown for the delay are not convincing, yet for the ends of justice, the time to file inventory in terms of grant issued on 10th February, 2025 is extended till 19th December, 2025. In the event the applicant

files the inventory within the extended period of time, the department shall accept the same subject to the inventory being in proper form and order. Noting further remains to be adjudicated in this application. The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
