The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 2nd April, 2020 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. One of the sons and heir in intestacy of the deceased is the applicant for the grant of probate. The other heirs/heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
