...for the respondent The Court: The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking certain interim reliefs. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Arbitral Tribunal has since been constituted vide order dated 22.09.2025. In view thereof, the present petition shall be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and shall be decided by the Arbitral Tribunal.

Accordingly, it is directed that the present petition be placed before the Sole Arbitrator to be heard and adjudicated as an application under Section 17 of the Act.

Learned Sole Arbitrator shall consider the said application on its own merits.
