Copy of the order of the Special Officer (Building) is also annexed to the affidavit of compliance.

It appears that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The contempt application, accordingly, stands disposed of. It will be open for the petitioner to take necessary steps in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order.
