The Court: Learned senior advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors makes over a demand draft for the sum of Rs. 21,85,326.60/- drawn in favour of the petitioner towards full and final settlement of all claims of the petitioner as against the bank in respect of the service benefits of the petitioner.

The petitioner is present in Court.

On the instruction of the petitioner, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is accepting the pay order as full and final settlement of his claim in respect of his terminal dues. Under such circumstances, no further order need be passed in CC 105 of 2024.
