The Court:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 7th June, 2019 left behind by the above named deceased. The husband of the deceased predeceased her. One of the sons is the executor. All the other legal heirs have consented to the grant. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition excluding the shares of Kirloskar Pneumatic Co. Ltd. which are in Physical Form and mentioned under sl. no. E(b) of Schedule-A of the affidavit of assets.

PLA No. 428 of 2024 and IA No. GA 1 of 2026 are disposed of accordingly.
