The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the parties are trying to settle the matter and, accordingly, the decree-holder prays for liberty to withdraw this execution application.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the decree-holder, EC 428 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file an appropriate application, if the circumstances so warrant, in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to take back the original certified copy of the award upon replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.

All interim orders stand vacated.

The Receiver stands discharged.
