The Court : EC/335/2012 is an application for execution of a decree dated 9 April, 2012 for an aggregate amount of Rs.21,62,013.55/-. Diverse orders have been passed from time to time. The parties have ultimately arrived at a settlement which is also reflected in a letter dated 8 November, 2023 issued by the judgment debtor no. 1. The husband of the judgment debtor no. 1 is also present in Court and undertakes to comply with the aforesaid settlement.

Briefly, the parties have agreed that the entire decretal dues be crystallized at Rs.3,75,000/- payable in four monthly instalments. The first of such instalments shall be paid by the 25 November, 2023 for an aggregate amount of Rs.50,000/-. Thereafter, the remaining three instalments shall be paid by the 25th of each successive month for an amount of Rs.1,08,000/-.

All pending cases will stand withdrawn upon payment of the last instalment on 25 February, 2024.

With the aforesaid directions, EC/335/2012 stands disposed of. Liberty is granted to the parties to approach this Court if the circumstances so warrant.

The presence of the husband of the judgment debtor no. 1 is noted and dispensed with.
