The Court :- The heirs in intestacy are the joint applicants in this application for grant of letters of administration for estate left behind by the deceased.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 17,00,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
