Review has been sought for the order dated 12th July, 2023. The review application has been filed after a delay of 21 days. I have perused the said application. I have heard the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the review applicants. The order dated 12th July, 2023 was passed upon hearing the submissions made on behalf of all the parties. The required checks and balances which the review applicants are apprehensive of, are all mentioned in the order dated 12th July, 2023.

The review applicants appear to be the tenants/occupiers of the premises in question and they fear eviction at the hand of the owner, Life Insurance Corporation of India.

The Court is of the opinion that the grounds made out in the review petition does not call for interference by the Court. It does not appear that there is sufficient reason to review the order. There is no error apparent on the face of record calling for review.

In view of the above, the review application is dismissed. Th applications seeking stay and condonation of delay stand disposed of.

Prayer has been made for stay of operation of the order passed herein. I have considered the said prayer and refuse to stay the order passed.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
