The Court: This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 9th October, 2013. The matter has been heard on repeated occasions. By an earlier order of Court, the warrants of arrest were issued against the award-debtors. A Report dated 9th October, 2023 filed by the Deputy Sher9iff suggests that the award-debtors are not traceable.

No purpose would be served in keeping this proceeding pending. EC/635/2015 stands dismissed.

All connected applications also stand dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to take back the original of the award after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
