...for the respondents The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for the assessment year 2012-13 the petitioner had preferred an appeal on 22nd February, 2018 before the concerned Appellate Authority, however, till date the appeal has not been heard by the respondent authorities.

Learned counsel prays for early hearing of the appeal which was filed seven years back.

Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeal), National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi Trough Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (NFAC), Delhi Situated at North Block, New Delhi-110001 is requested to consider the appeal of the petitioner within eight weeks from date. Learned counsel for the respondent authorities is requested to communicate this order to the concerned authorities. Accordingly, WPO/1139/2024 stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
