The Court: This matter is placed at the instance of Registrar-inInsolvency. By order dated 27th April, 2023 considering the circumstances that in the Will against typed name "Manoj Swaika" only "Manoj" is written in capital letters, direction was issued for proving the Will dated 20th September, 2020 in solemn form. Pursuant to such order, one of the attesting witness Sri Bipin Prasad Agarwal was examined, who identified the signature of the testator as well as his signature and the signature of another attesting witness in the Will. In view of the above, let there be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
