Mr. S. R. Kakrania, Advocate for the petitioner. The Court : Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 17th May, 2024 passed in this matter is required to modified.

Accordingly, the years mentioned in the third line in paragraph 4 of the said order dated 17th May, 2024 are modified as "2021" and " 2014" in place and stead of "2014" and "2020".

Further, in the fifth line in paragraph 5 of the said order dated 17th May, 2024, the name of the petitioner should be "Bibhabasu Chakraborty" instead of "Jishnu Chakraborty".

Let the above modifications be incorporated in the order dated 17th May, 2024.
