...for the respondent nos. 7 and 8 The Court:- The learned Advocate-on-Record appearing for the writ petitioners submits that despite best efforts of the learned Advocate, he could not contact the writ petitioners and or take any instruction to move the writ petition further on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, learned counsel for the writ petitioners seeks leave to retire from the matter. Evidently, the communications of the learned Advocate to his client have failed to generate any response. Thus, in view of the provisions of Order III of the Code of Civil Procedure and principles akin thereto, this Court grants leave to the learned Advocate-on-Record for the writ petitioners to retire from the matter.

In such view of the matter and in view of the absence of representation of the writ petitioners, WPO/2421/2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
