The Court : The prayer on behalf of the petitioning-creditor is for the entire proceedings to be transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal on the basis that nothing has happened after filing of the windingup petition. In view of the above, let CP No. 815 of 2016 along with all connected applications be transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench under the provisions of The Companies Act, 2013.
