In such circumstances, the award-holder does not want to proceed any further with this application. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the award-holder, EC/356/2023 stands dismissed. The application being GA-COM/1/2025 also stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the award-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award dated 24 February, 2023.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to file an appropriate application if the subsequent circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. All interim orders stand vacated.
