The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the plaintiff that after the plaint has been filed in the computer department of this Court for being presented and admitted, the plaintiff has noticed that there are several typographical errors which are required to be corrected. The corrections are of such nature that the entire page is required to be changed which is also not restricted to one or two pages.

Since the plaint has not been presented and admitted as yet, without going into the nature of corrections intended to be made by the plaintiff, the plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the suit with liberty to file a fresh on the self-same cause, if permissible in law. As the plaint has not entered the records of this Court and has only been filed in the computer department against which a number has been allotted, the court fees paid be returned

to be used in any subsequent suit which the plaintiff may be advised to file against the same set of defendant on the self-same cause, if permissible in law.
