1. Affidavit of compliance has been filed in Court. Copy of the order passed by the Insurance Company on 23rd December, 2025 has been handed over by the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved and dissatisfied with the manner in which the contemnor acted for complying the direction passed by the Court.

3. I am afraid that the legality and validity of the order passed by the authority cannot be gone into and/or adjudicated in the contempt proceeding. The same gives rise to a fresh cause of action.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

5. The contempt application stands disposed of.
