The Court: This is a Section 9 application.

The dispute in this matter is similar to the dispute in AP 157 of 2022. Since an Arbitrator has been appointed by this Court in AP 157 of 2022, it is my view that this matter should also be referred to the same Arbitrator for resolving the disputes between the parties.

Accordingly, I appoint Mr. Rishad Medora Advocate, Bar Library Club, [Mobile No. 9830319654] is appointed as Arbitrator. The appointment is subject to submission of declaration by the Arbitrator in terms of Section 12(1) in the form prescribed in the Sixth Schedule of the Act before the Registrar, Original Side of this Court within four weeks from today. Let this order be conveyed to the Arbitrator by the Registrar, Original Side forthwith.

The parties shall be at liberty to file appropriate application before the Arbitrator for appropriate reliefs.

Accordingly, AP 600 of 2022 is disposed of.
