Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have paid the awarded amount to the respondent on 25th April, 2008. Counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that though the State has filed the instant application but the said application is barred by law. Counsel for the petitioners also submits that an award was passed on 27th April, 2007 and the same was received on 12th June, 2007.

Counsel for the petitioners also submits that as per the record, the instant application was filed on 16th October, 2007 that is, after the period of limitation as prescribed under the law.

In view of the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioners, I find that this application filed by the petitioners is barred by limitation, hence AP/352/2007 is dismissed as barred by limitation. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) S.De.
