By this public interest litigation the petitioner seeks for demolition of ten buildings alleging that the same are illegal and have been put in violation of the provisions of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980. From the order sheet we find that the leave was sought for to implead additional parties which is granted by an order dated 23rd November, 2022. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned twice at the instance of the petitioner. However, till date, no application has been filed impleading the persons who are alleged to put illegal constructions. Therefore, without impleading the proper and necessary parties, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. Accordingly,
