By the judgment and decree dated November 8, 2016 I dismissed the testamentary suit. An appeal was carried. The decree of dismissal was reversed and the testamentary suit was remanded for trial. The judgment and decree dated November 8, 2016 does not contain any direction save and except of dismissal of the testamentary suit. The decree of dismissal was set aside on appeal. Therefore, it cannot be said that there is any violation of any order warranting interference under Article 215 of the Constitution of India or the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
