...for the petitioner The Court: An inadvertent error has crept into the order dated 10th April, 2026 wherein the FDR has been made in the name of Registrar, Original Side though the same ought to have been in the name of Bhilai Engineering Corporation Limited.

The Registrar, Original Side is directed to accept the said FDR in the name of Bhilai Engineering Corporation Limited. Another inadvertent error has crept into the order dated 10th April, 2026. In the third paragraph of the second page of the said order, the date of the arbitral award shall be read as 05.01.2024 instead of 05.01.2026. Let the said correction be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 10th April, 2026.

No further order is required.
