The Court: After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the respondent Bank, WPO/2437/2022 is disposed of on the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the Bank that the Bank has not taken any steps pursuant to the order dated 25th August, 2021 passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 together with the fact that has been the consistent position of the Bank in the pending proceedings before the DRT and the Bank shall not take any steps pursuant to such order.

The petitioners shall, accordingly, be at liberty of proceeding with and/or contest the pending applications before the DRT. It is made clear that none of the parties before this Court shall take any adjournments in the proceedings before the DRT. The supplementary affidavit is taken on record.
