...for the respondent The Court : This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petitioner prays for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. It is submitted that the pleadings are complete and arguments will commence.

Considering the fact that the proceeding has reached a matured stage, it would be prudent to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. Accordingly, the Court extends the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a further period six months from the date of communication of this order within which the learned Arbitration shall make and publish his award.
