In light of the same, I appoint the following persons as Arbitrators to resolve the disputes between the parties :-

1) Justice Jyotirmay Bhattacharya, former Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court.

2) Mr. Debjit Mukherjee, Advocate, Mob. No. 9674292555.

3) Mr. Anuj Singh, Advocate, Mob. No. 9830202752.

Justice Jyotirmay Bhattacharya shall be the presiding Arbitrator. The appointment is subject to submission of declaration by the Arbitrators in terms of Section 12(1) in the form prescribed in the Sixth Schedule of the Act before the Registrar, Original Side of this Court within four weeks from today.

Let this order be conveyed to the Arbitrators by the Registrar, Original Side forthwith.

AP/616/2022 is accordingly disposed of.
