The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed. The only son is the applicant. The mother and wife of the deceased predeceased him. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.2.5 lakhs/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
