The Court: Despite repeated orders having been passed for execution of the warrants of arrest, the warrantees have not yet been produced. The orders directing the production of the judgment-debtors have been passed as far back as in 2015.

In such view of the matter, no purpose would be served in proceeding with this execution application any further.

EC/652/2015 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file a fresh execution application after ascertaining the exact particulars of the judgment-debtors in accordance with law, if so advised.
