Copies thereof may be circulated to the parties by the Receiver. The Receiver is directed to remove and relocate the machinery mentioned in the report according to the plan, mode and manner mentioned therein by 17th April 2024.

The Receiver be paid a parting remuneration of 2000 Gms. further.

The appeal (APOT 322 of 2023) and the connected application (IA No: GA 1 of 2023) are disposed of.

As nothing remains of the application under section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, we dispose of it in terms of this order.

By consent of learned counsel for the parties, Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta, Advocate, Bar Library Club is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties on the terms and conditions mentioned in the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, including the schedules thereto.
