The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 22nd March, 2021 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The deceased has left behind the widow and two minor daughters as his legal heiresses. The brother of the deceased is the executor and the applicant. The widow has filed two affidavits according consent on behalf of the two minor daughters.

Considering the undertaking given by the widow in the consent affidavits affirmed and filed on behalf of two minor daughters probate is granted to the executor by allowing the application in terms of prayer [a].
