The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 5th March, 1987 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The deceased was a bachelor during his life-time. The only surviving heir under Class-II as enumerated in the schedule read with Section 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 has consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
