The Court : The grievance of the petitioner is primarily that the petitioner's complaint under Section 18(1)(e) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 has not yet been registered by the respondent no.1 authority. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the complaint of the petitioner has already been registered. However, due to

huge pendency of matters, the respondent no.1 be given some time to dispose of such complaint.

Keeping in view the above, WPO/1613/2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 to dispose of the complaint lodged by the petitioner under Section 18(1)(e) of the Act of 2003 as expeditiously as possible upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned and in accordance with law, preferably within two months from date. There will be no order as to costs.
