1. The apprehension that the advocate-on-record for the parties as joint receiver may not act impartially is not substantiated. Moreover, if the appellant has reason to believe that the Joint Receivers are not discharging their function impartially or in breach of their duties in protecting and preserving the estate, it would be always open for the appellant to pray for appropriate relief in the pending suit.
