...for the judgment-debtors The Court: The matter has been pending since 2013 and diverse orders have been passed in favour of the award-holder. It appears from the earlier orders dated 24th September, 2013 that a sum of Rs.39,000/- has been paid to the award-holder since passing of the decree.

On behalf of the award-debtors, it is submitted that the award-debtor is a daily labourer.

It appears from the earlier orders of Court i.e., 3rd February, 2023 and 17th February, 2023 that a sum of Rs.4 lakhs had been paid by the judgment-debtors to the award-holder.

It is submitted on behalf of the judgment-debtors that the said amount has been paid in full and final settlement and the judgment-debtors have no other means to pay any further amount.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the execution application. EC/416/2013 is disposed of by recording satisfaction of the decree. All connected applications also stand disposed of. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) S.Bag
