...for the respondents The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the parties are present. The Court is informed that the judgment passed by this Court on 19th October, 2023 was affirmed by the Division Bench on 2nd November, 2023. The plaintiff filed a SLP before the Supreme Court which was disposed of by an order dated 9th November, 2023 containing certain directions. The order of the Supreme Court also directs that the admiralty suit be disposed of in terms of the directions passed by the Supreme Court.

AS/5/2023 along with all connected applications are disposed of. Interim orders shall, accordingly, stand vacated. Learned counsel appearing for the defendants points out that the directions given by the Supreme Court also contain a direction on the money deposited before this Court to be transferred to the credit of the Prothonotary and Senior Master (Registrar, Original Side) of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay.
