The petitioner is appearing in person.

On a perusal of the contempt application, it appears that the same is an absolutely defective one. The violation of the Court's order is not specified. 3.

It appears from the submission made by the petitioner that he is aggrieved by certain action taken by the Corporation.

I am afraid that the legality and validity of the action of the Corporation cannot be looked into in the contempt jurisdiction. Validity of any order/action of the Corporation can only be adjudicated in the writ jurisdiction. 5.

From the application for contempt, it appears that the direction for opening the padlock has been complied with.

In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application any further.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief. 8.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Affidavit of compliance filed in Court today is taken on record. 10.
