The Court : In terms of the order 11th December, 2025 the defendant has affirmed an affidavit of undertaking on 18th December, 2025, a copy whereof has been served on the plaintiff. The original undertaking filed in Court today is taken on record.

The plaintiff has no objection on the suit being disposed of in terms of the undertaking given in the said affidavit affirmed on 18th December, 2025. Let a decree be passed in terms of the undertaking recorded in paragraph 3 of the said affidavit affirmed on 18th December, 2025 by treating a certified copy of such undertaking as part of the decree. It is made clear that in the event any of the terms contained in the said undertaking are not complied with, the plaintiff shall be entitled to put the decree into execution without any further orders.

Let the decree be drawn up expeditiously.

The suit is accordingly disposed of.

All pending applications including GA/2/2025 and GA/3/2025 are also disposed of without any further orders.
