The Court : This contempt application arises out of alleged violation of an order dated 24th May, 2001 passed in T. no. 461 of 2001, C.S 475 of 1999. The matter appeared in the list on 29th June, 2021, when no one appeared on behalf of any of the parties even at the second call.
