...for the State respondent The Court: This is an application for extension of the learned Arbitrator's mandate under Section 29-A of the 1996 Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that this is the third extension since the first two were allowed by orders dated 18th July, 2022 and thereafter on 12th June, 2023. The extended mandate under the second order is due to expire on 11th October, 2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties further submit that the extension is being sought for only the learned Arbitrator to pronounce the Award.

AP/686/2023 is accordingly allowed and disposed of by extending the mandate for three months from 11th October, 2023. (MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA, J.) R.Bhar
