The Court:- This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate is due to expire on December 31, 2024. The proceeding is at the stage of evidence. Considering the fact that considerable progress has been made in the proceeding, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. Thus, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order within which time the learned Arbitrator shall make and publish his award.

With the aforesaid directions, AP-COM/1044/2024 stands disposed of. Since the respondent has not been called upon to file an affidavit in opposition, allegations against the said respondent, are deemed to be denied.

Affidavit of service is taken on record.
