...for the respondents The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for the assessment year 2022-23 the petitioner had preferred an appeal on 15th April, 2024 before the concerned Appellate Authority, however, till date the appeal has not been heard by the respondent authorities. Learned counsel prays for early hearing of the appeal which was filed one year back.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent authorities are present.

Heard learned counsel for the parties. As the appeal for the assessment year 2022-23 was preferred on 15th April, 2024 and one year has passed since then the respondent no. 3 being Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeal), National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi Through Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (NFAC), Delhi Situated at North Block, New Delhi-110001 is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within ten weeks from date.

Learned counsel for the respondent authorities is requested to communicate this order to the concerned authorities. Accordingly, WPO/1186/2024 stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
