By an earlier order, this Court had in a connected proceeding directed the winding up proceeding pertaining to the company (in liquidation) to be transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal. In view of the amended provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the connected order passed pertaining to the company (in liquidation), let this proceeding also stand transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal. Accordingly, CP/646/2013 stands disposed of.

All connected applications also stand transferred. CP/646/2013 shall stand disposed of insofar as the records of this Court are concerned.
