AP 625 of 2022 is an application for setting aside the award dated June 1, 2022 passed by the sole Arbitrator. Parties have settled the matter. Award holder has accepted receipt of payment in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

Accordingly, AP 625 of 2022 has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
