The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. It appears that the erstwhile Arbitrator, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Indrajit Chatterjee (Retired) has declined to continue with the arbitration due to his ill health. In light of the same, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Indrajit Chatterjee (Retired) is discharged from the said arbitration.

Accordingly, I appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sahidullah Munshi (Retired) as an Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties. The Arbitrator is directed to try and complete the proceedings within six months, if possible.

The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Indrajit Chatterjee (Retired) is directed to hand over the case papers to both the parties in accordance with law. AP/627/2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
