The learned Advocate for the petitioner would submit that though the petition was moved for quashing the proceeding under Section 400(8) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") initiated by the respondent no.4, however, since the order under Section 400(8) of the said Act concerning premises no.13E, Tiljala Lane, Kolkata - 700 019 has already been executed, he does not wish to proceed with the instant writ petition.
